Job Description

Mudex Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality, sustainable, and environmentally friendly fluids and powdered products for use in Civil Construction, Drill and Blast, HDD Drilling, Geothermal, Mining, and Water Well industries.

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to support the design, development and optimisation of electronic and automated systems used within our production and plant operations.This role focuses on industrial electronics, control systems, instrumentation and automation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse requirements and prepare specifications for electronic systems used in plant and production equipment
Design, develop and integrate electronic circuits, components and control systems for industrial applications
Model, evaluate and improve performance of electronic and automation systems
Adapt and modify existing electronic systems to meet operational and production requirements
Support installation, testing and commissioning of electronic and control systems
Troubleshoot and analyse faults in electronic equipment, instrumentation and control systems
Develop operating standards and technical documentation for electronic systems
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and plant performance

Skill & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation and Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in electronic systems, control systems, automation or industrial instrumentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in electronic system design and troubleshooting
Experience with embedded systems, sensors or industrial monitoring systems is desirable
