Main Tasks

• Preparation of surface by sanding, filling holes, covering with plastic or drop sheets and washing to remove dust
• Ensure colour co-ordination, shade matching and material mixing to match existing finishing schemes as necessary (graining, dragging, ragging and similar specific effects finish)
• Applying paints, varnish and strains to surfaces using brushes, rollers and sprays
• Correctly calculate time and material to complete tasks and establish quality check,
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment, using solvents, brushes, and rags,
• WHS- requirements are to be in accordance with legislation/regulations/code of practice and, in-house organisational safety policies and procedures,
• Implement ideas, design, propose techniques, and suggest improvement throughout all areas of the organisation,
