Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced commission only property professional to join our team based in our Wetherill Park office. This role is a premier opportunity for an established agent, or a high-achieving analyst/valuer, looking to leverage a specialized boutique platform to maximize their market impact.

  • Market Leadership: Drive sales and leasing activities for commercial, industrial, and retail assets across the Western Sydney regions.
  • Network Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of property owners, developers, referral partners, buyers and tenants.
  • Client Advisory: Provide high-level market appraisals and strategic advice to ensure long-term client retention.
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the marketing, negotiation, and documentation process to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications & Attributes

If you fulfill the following criteria, we want to hear from you:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven track record & results in industrial sales and/or leasing.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is commercially astute and ready to take ownership of their “patch.”
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Values-Driven: A customer-centric attitude and a commitment to doing what’s right for the client.
  • Team Player: While you are driven individually, you enjoy contributing to a collaborative and supportive office environment.
  • Credentials: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License is essential.
