To complete our projects to the highest standards, we are now seeking skilled wall and floor tilers to join our team. After our waterproofing process, your expertise will be essential in finishing surfaces with precision and quality.
Salary: Competitive market salary, commensurate with experience (AUD 80,000 per year)

Key Responsibilities
Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled according to blueprints or instructions.
Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing.
Cut tiles to size and shape using manual and power tools.
Lay and affix tiles using mortar, adhesives, and spacers.
Apply grout and finish joints to ensure a neat and professional appearance.
Inspect and repair damaged tiles or grout.
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skill & Experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a wall and floor tiler.
Strong understanding of tiling techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in tiling.
Skills: Ability to lay ceramic, slate, marble, and glass tiles, as well as prepare, waterproof, and grout surfaces.
