OCX is a Melbourne-based Owners Corporation management company delivering professional strata and property management services across residential and mixed-use developments. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support our Owners Corporation Managers onsite.
About the Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for organising and coordinating office administration procedures, supervising support staff, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the organisation. This is a leadership role requiring strong organisational, operational and stakeholder management skills.
