Pre-Construction Project Coordinator
Granny Flats | Duplex | New Homes – Sydney

A reputable Sydney residential builder with a strong pipeline of granny flats, duplex developments and new homes is looking for a Project Coordinator / Contracts Administrator (Pre-Construction) to join our team.

Positions Available:
• 1 × Senior Role
• 1 × Junior Role

Due to staff moving on, we are looking for two motivated team members ready to start soon.

This role suits someone who understands the residential approval process and project setup, and enjoys coordinating projects from NOC through to construction handover.

You will work closely with the director, in-house architect, sales team and construction managers to ensure projects move smoothly through the pre-construction phase.

Experience with granny flats, duplexes or small residential projects is highly desirable.

  • Coordinate projects through the pre-construction phase
    • Prepare and manage contracts and documentation
    • Liaise with architects, certifiers, engineers and consultants
    • Assist with CDC / DA / CC approvals
    • Track project progress and maintain documentation
    • Support scheduling and coordination of projects

Skill & Experience

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in residential construction or development
    • Understanding of CDC / DA / CC approvals (NSW) through to NOC and construction
    • Experience coordinating consultants and documentation
    • Strong organisation and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
    • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), Excel and document management
