Perth Formwork Engineering – Full-Time Civil Engineer

We are a specialist engineering company delivering formwork design, engineering support, and construction documentation for projects across Perth, Western Australia.

We are seeking a Civil Engineer who is technically capable, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to the ongoing improvement and expansion of our business.

This role suits someone who enjoys design work, takes ownership of their output, and is open to refining how engineering drawings, models, and project documentation are produced over time at a growing engineering firm.

About the Role

You will support the planning, design, coordination, and documentation of civil and construction-related engineering work, with a particular focus on formwork systems, temporary works, and associated project requirements.

The role will involve preparing and reviewing drawings, interpreting specifications and construction methods, coordinating with project stakeholders, and contributing practical engineering input to support safe, organised, and effective project delivery.

You will be expected to work in a structured, organised, and consistent manner, and to contribute practical input into improving engineering quality, internal processes, and documentation standards.

Important Information (Please Read Before Applying)

This role is suited to candidates with prior civil engineering experience and the ability to contribute to engineering, design, and documentation processes in a practical construction-related environment.

Applicants without relevant civil engineering qualifications and experience will not be considered.

Salary: $77,500 P.A – $82,500 P.A + 12% Superannuation.
