Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and business research to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
  • Support business change management initiatives, with a strong focus on understanding business outcomes, the why, user adoption, process improvement and organisational readiness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery aligns with scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts in planning, analysis and execution activities.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Specifications, Change Impact Assessment and user manuals aligned to real business processes.
  • Perform functional testing, manage defect tracking and support verification processes to ensure solution quality.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
  • Drive user adoption and proficiency by delivering effective training and supporting change initiatives across systems, processes and roles.
  • Analyse and structure complex information, resolve ambiguity, conflicting requirements and ensuring business needs will be met.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to engage, challenge, and influence across all levels
  • Proven experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
  • Ability to prioritise, stay on top of things, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive mindset — takes initiative, asks the right questions, and drives outcomes without being asked
  • High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (developers, architects, QA)
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, user stories, and process mapping
