Queensland-based healthcare and community support provider looking for someone with genuine gardening and plant care knowledge to join our team as a support worker / gardener.

Key Responsibilities
This is hands-on gardening work – repotting, pruning, plant arrangement and ongoing maintenance of indoor and outdoor pot plants.
Some visits you’ll be working alongside the client and helping them learn. Other visits you’ll be doing the heavier work independently. Our clients are warm, engaged and want to build a consistent working relationship with the right person.
Skill & Experience
What we’re looking for
– Genuine knowledge of indoor and outdoor potted plant care (hobby-level or professional)
– A calm, warm and easygoing personality (above all else)
– Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to apply before starting)
– Reliability and good communication
– ABN if engaging as a contractor
Nice to have but not essential
– Certificate or experience in horticulture, nursery work or landscaping
– Previous experience supporting NDIS participants or working in community/home care settings
