Job Description

Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), with flexibility required during peak periods, especially the grape harvest season. Occasional on-call duty (astreinte) may be required for some weeks during this busy period.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s ERP system.
Pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch to customers or technicians.
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist the After-Sales team with urgent parts requests and resolve inventory issues.
Contribute to sales growth by engaging with customers, promoting products, and identifying upselling opportunities in the warehouse
Support procurement efforts by proactively sourcing high-quality, competitively priced parts from local suppliers
Be available for on-call rotations (astreinte) during the grape harvest season, if needed.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, including safe operation of equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Skill & Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferably in a technical/industrial environment).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Adaptability and flexibility to take on additional tasks during peak periods.
Ability to thrive in a team environment, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
Forklift license is a plus.
Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
