We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to identify, engage, and onboard high‑calibre candidates for our leadership and personal development programs. This is a remote, performance‑based role suited to individuals who value autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work.
Contract / Independent — performance‑based.
Key Responsibilities
Source, interview, and qualify prospective candidates
Implement digital and social media recruitment strategies
Conduct online information sessions and Q&A calls
Provide onboarding support and guidance to new clients
Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
Skill & Experience
4–5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, coaching, or education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
Interest in personal development and leadership training
Laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection
Not suitable for students, recent graduates, or individuals requiring visa sponsorship. Not available in UAE, India, or Indonesia.
