STRONGER FOUNDATIONS is seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Pump Operator to join our growing team based in Narangba, QLD. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in safe operations, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results on residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment across various job sites while ensuring safe and efficient concrete placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete pump machinery safely and efficiently

• Set up and pack down equipment on site

• Coordinate with site supervisors and concreters

• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

• Maintain cleanliness and care of equipment and vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating concrete pumps preferred

• Valid MR licence

• White Card required

• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

• Physically fit with a strong work ethic
