We are currently seeking Personal Carers to work a floating roster including weekends and night shift.
Key Responsibilities
You will work in a team providing a high quality service that enriches the lives of our Residents, ensuring their personal needs are met in accordance with their choices and care needs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Support Residents to maintain daily living activities such as personal hygiene and grooming, mobility, nutrition and hydration
Assist Residents through the implementation of strategies and that promote dignity and quality care
Detailed electronic documentation to monitor Resident care needs
Communicating in a professional and respectful manner with Residents, families and staff to promote choice, dignity and quality care
Skill & Experience
Certificate III / IV – Individual Support or Aged Care or working towards it
Good computer and mobile device skills
A current Federal Police Check or ability to obtain prior to employment
Current Influenza Vaccination or complete prior to entry into the Facility
Covid-19 Vaccination
An attractive remuneration package including benefits is available and commensurate with your valued experience – Salary $36.40-$38.01 per hour plus super and shift penalties
