Job Description

Futureland Property Group is seeking a motivated, professional and well-presented Appointment Setter to support our property advisory and buyer’s agency growth.

This is a commission-only contractor role suited to someone who is confident speaking with business owners, professionals, investors, mortgage brokers, accountants and referral partners.

The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, following up with prospects, and booking appointments directly into the Futureland calendar for buyer’s agency and property advisory services.

You will be provided with scripts, service information and onboarding material so you can clearly communicate Futureland’s value proposition and represent the business professionally.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship-building and property, and who wants the flexibility to work remotely with uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients, referral partners and professional networks by phone, email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, finance position, property goals, timeframe and service suitability.
  • Book qualified appointments directly into the Futureland calendar.
  • Follow up with prospects in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates in HubSpot CRM.
  • Communicate Futureland’s buyer’s agency and property advisory services clearly and confidently.
  • Identify potential referral relationships with mortgage brokers, accountants, financial professionals and property-related networks.
  • Represent the Futureland brand with professionalism, clarity and integrity.
  • Work independently and manage your own outreach pipeline.
  • Liaise with Futureland regarding lead quality, appointment outcomes and market feedback

Skill & Experience

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, business development, telemarketing, recruitment, real estate or client acquisition preferred.
  • Confident speaking with prospects over the phone and via email.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional written and verbal presentation.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot, or willing to learn.
  • Interest in property, real estate, investment or finance highly regarded.
  • Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and conversational.
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
  • Existing professional network across mortgage brokers, accountants, investors or business owners is highly regarded.
  • Must be reliable, ethical and able to represent the business professionally.
