Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and update menus in line with seasonal availability, customer preferences, and business requirements.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation standards.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.
Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labour costs in line with budget targets.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, maintaining a productive team environment and efficient service during peak periods.

Skill & Experience

Relevant qualification and at least 2 years of experience required. Strong skills, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a team environment are essential.
