Job Description

Looking for experienced Excavator and Vacuum Excavator Operator for NBN/ Telecommunications/ Civil underground work in Canberra and Sydney.

Job involves excavating job sites, locating services, vac out pits and manholes, and installing pit and pipe on the NBN network. Hourly or day rates available.

Must comply with onboarding requirements for NBN, and Right to Work in Australia. Must have current VOC to safely operate machinery.

Operate Excavator as required
Operate Vacuum Excavator as required
Locate underground services
Site safety set up
Install pit and pipe on NBN network
Take progress photos

Skill & Experience

Must have the following:

Min. 2 years experience
Conduct civil construction excavator operations – RIIMPO320F certificate and VOC
Identify, locate and protect underground services – RIICCM202E certificate
White Card
Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence
NBN Enable registration
Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – HLTAID009
Provide First Aid – HLTAID011
RIIWHS302E – Implement traffic management plans
