Job Description

This full-time role is a mix of field services and helpdesk support. The position is primarily focused on on-site work including warranty repairs, diagnostics, and installations across a two-hour radius of Toowoomba. When not on-site, you will support internal operations and assist with helpdesk requests.

  • Laptop and desktop hardware diagnostics and repairs
  • Server and infrastructure component replacements
  • Basic networking configuration and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 and user support
  • On-site project work and rollouts
  • Coordination with national support team
 

Skill & Experience

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and quality of work

Confidence working with computer hardware

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently on client sites

Valid driver’s licence (vehicle provided)

Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
