Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our growing business specialising in bathroom, kitchen, and bespoke joinery solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who understands both creative storytelling and performance-driven marketing.

About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across residential and trade markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets and lead generation objectives
  • Provide strategic advice to management on digital and traditional marketing approaches to effectively reach target audiences, including homeowners, renovators, architects, designers, and builders
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across digital platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram), website, and other online channels
  • Coordinate the production of marketing assets including project photography, captions, promotional copy, and digital advertising materials within budget and timelines
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analysing engagement metrics, lead trends, and customer behaviour to optimise marketing effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends in residential renovation, interior design, kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Analyse competitor activity and market positioning to support the development of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives
  • Drive business growth by executing targeted campaigns aimed at increasing enquiries, consultations, and conversions
  • Plan and manage the business’s participation in industry exhibitions and trade shows, including coordinating with strategic partners and suppliers, promoting the event and our involvement across channels, and maximising brand exposure and lead generation outcomes from each event

Skill & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in the construction, interiors, home improvement, or design-related industry is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in organising and managing exhibition or tradeshow participation, including pre-event promotion, partner coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly regarded
