Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all daily motel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth functioning.
Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff while maintaining high standards of service and performance.
Manage guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, handling enquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenses, manage billing and cash handling, and drive overall profitability.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue.
Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating repairs, managing inventory of supplies, and upholding cleanliness standards.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, while preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and overall performance.

Skill & Experience

Relevant qualification along with a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role is required to be considered for this position, demonstrating the skills and ability to perform effectively.
