We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative responsibilities and hands-on coordination within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is organised, efficient, and well-maintained.

Event & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with different departments to organise internal events, meetings, and showroom activities, ensuring all logistics are planned and executed smoothly.

Logistics & Deliveries
Support the coordination of product deliveries, including arranging dispatch, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams. Receive and manage incoming parcels and deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and distribution.

Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support across the business, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.

Supplier & Vendor Liaison
Communicate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services required for office and showroom operations.

Inventory & Supplies Management
Monitor and manage office supplies, marketing materials, and showroom items, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Customer & Front Desk Support
Assist with front desk duties when required, including greeting visitors, handling enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to a more efficient and organised workplace.

Skill & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
