The Role

We are seeking a Site Project Assistant with strong experience in fit-out projects. You’ll focus on site delivery and guiding teams. Our documents team handles the paperwork so you can dedicate more time to leading sites and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, providing clear updates and resolving issues quickly.
  • Oversee quality, compliance, and budgets so projects meet both AGC’s standards and client expectations.

Skill & Experience

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, compliance, and quality checks, with the ability to spot and fix issues early.
  • Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and directors, and leads site teams with authority
  • Experienced in managing budgets, handling variations, and keeping subcontractors on track to meet quality and cost goals.
  • English fluency; Mandarin highly regarded.
