Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Analyse store data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Skill & Experience
Strong selling skills and people management skills
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a premium in-store experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
