Key Responsibilities

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales position for someone who understands new home roofing – not just general construction. You’ll engage directly with builders, construction managers, and decision-makers every day, promoting their metal and tile roofing services and ensuring they remain the supplier of choice for quality and dependability.

Working closely with the estimating and operations teams, you’ll manage relationships end-to-end – from initial contact through to contract negotiation and project delivery, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction at every stage.

About You

  • You’re an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of residential roofing – how it’s built, priced, and delivered — and you know how to sell it.
  • You have a proven track record selling roofing services or related building products into the new home builder sector.
  • A strong network of builder contacts across Victoria

Skill & Experience

You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated success in new home roofing sales (metal or tile).
  • Strong existing relationships with residential builders and construction managers.
  • The ability to read plans, understand take-offs, and discuss roofing solutions confidently.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and results focus.
  • The ability to work autonomously and build a profitable sales pipeline.
