IC Realty is a rapidly expanding real estate agency in Chatswood, we are currently acquiring new staff to join our flourishing firm.
A Sales Representative role is currently available at IC Realty. Base pay and commission as well as all training provided. This role has attractive commissions and features a very high earning potential. Exceptional candidates will be remunerated generously.
You will be making real estate sales for IC realty from our extensive range of listings throughout Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients to promote company services
Conduct sales presentations, meetings and follow-up communication
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Meet sales targets and report performance to management
Assist in marketing events, networking and promotional activities
Manage customer enquiries through phone, email or in-person meetings
Skill & Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
English required; additional languages are a plus
Valid driver’s licence preferred
Ability to Commute: Chatswood, NSW 2067 (Required)
