Job Description
We are currently hiring 3 Sales Representatives to join our team in Vermont, VIC:
In these full-time roles, you will focus on either Air Conditioning Solutions or Solar Energy (Solar Panels & Batteries), depending on your background and interests. Your main responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities and close deal while maintaining strong client relationships, supported by our marketing and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new leads through phone, networking, digital channels, and face-to-face meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Deliver consultative sales, recommending tailored solutions in air conditioning or solar energy.
Prepare and present proposals, support negotiations, and close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Track and report on sales activities, continuously improving sales processes.
