Senior Cyber Security Analyst (24/7 SOC)

Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Analyst, your core duties will include:

• Monitoring, analysing, and responding to cyber security events using SIEM and security monitoring tools
• Investigating security alerts, logs, and telemetry to identify malicious or suspicious activity
• Leading and supporting incident response activities, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery
• Performing vulnerability assessments and supporting remediation activities to reduce security risk
• Analysing threat intelligence to identify emerging threats and improve detection and response capabilities
• Assessing cyber security risks and recommending mitigation strategies aligned with client environments
• Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure systems and network architectures
• Applying cyber security frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, OWASP, and SANS
• Preparing clear technical reports, incident documentation, and security recommendations for clients
• Acting as an escalation point for complex incidents and supporting junior analysts during investigations
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders during security incidents
