We are seeking an experienced NIGHTCLUB VENUE MANAGER to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy nightlife venue. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and 1–2 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent role.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily and nightly operations
Leading and training bar, floor and security staff
Ensuring RSA, licensing and safety compliance
Managing rosters and recruitment
Liaising with promoters, DJs and event organisers
Skill & Experience
About you:
Proven nightclub or late-night venue management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
