Our Client STROP PTY. LIMITED T/A ALL HILLS FENCING is seeking an experienced Welder to join their team located in Girraween, NSW 2145.

About Company

All Hills Fencing is a fencing company based in Girraween, NSW, providing quality residential and commercial fencing solutions with a focus on reliable service and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out welding on metal components using MIG, TIG and arc welding methods while ensuring strong and neat joints.
  • Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality, strength, accuracy and to repair any faults where required.
  • Study job specifications, technical sketches, and blueprints to determine dimensions, materials and welding procedures.
  • Apply protective coatings and complete finishing work on welded surfaces to improve appearance and protect against corrosion.
  • Use heating and bending equipment to shape metal sections and ensure components meet required designs and measurements.
  • Prepare workpieces by removing rust, paint, grease and other contaminants before welding operations begin.
  • Mark out, measure and cut metal materials into required shapes and sizes using fabrication and cutting equipment.
  • Align, position and hold metal sections in place with clamps, jigs and measuring instruments before and during welding work.

Skill & Experience

  • Minimum three years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum Certificate III qualification in the relevant trade.
  • Must have driving licence.
