Job Description
We’re growing our crew of casual landscape labourers to support commercial landscape construction projects across the greater Adelaide region. As a labour hire business, you’ll be placed with our clients on a variety of project sites – giving you exposure to different environments, teams, and challenges.
Ongoing work opportunities are available as our client base grows.
Key Responsibilities
– Carry out planting, turf laying, mulching, and edging works
– Assist with irrigation and drainage system installation
– Perform paving, concreting, and blockwork to specification
– Conduct site set-out, preparation, and general housekeeping
– Support other trades and site personnel as directed
– Operate hand tools and small machinery safely
– Adhere to all WHS procedures and report hazards promptly
– Represent Vanguard Labour professionally on all client sites
Skill & Experience
– Valid White Card (construction induction card) – essential
– Current South Australian driver’s licence – essential
– Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
– Smartphone to access our rostering and timesheet app
– Strong commitment to safety, site conduct, and punctuality
– Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
– Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
