  • Oversee stock control, invoices, and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure product quality through checks and defect resolution.
  • Drive operational improvements with production and QA teams.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and coach a team of 20+, fostering accountability and teamwork.
  • Manage onboarding, training, feedback, and career growth.
  • Handle performance matters in line with Fair Work standards.
  • Support recruitment aligned with brand values.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Leadership
  • Lead change and keep the team engaged and adaptable.

Customer Experience & Brand Leadership

  • Deliver warm, consistent hospitality in every guest interaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Brief team daily on service, product knowledge, and standards.
  • Uphold brand consistency in tone, behavior, and presentation.

Safety, Hygiene & Food Quality

  • Maintain a safe, zero-harm workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct product checks and support quality initiatives.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor staff leave to ensure coverage and control costs.
  • Address and escalate compliance issues promptly.

Skill & Experience

  • Proven min 1 year experience in retail, hospitality, or venue management.
  • Strong financial acumen—rostering, COGS, and budget control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams in high-volume environments.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable giving feedback, managing conflict, and facilitating change.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays across multiple market locations.
  • Physically capable standing for long periods, lifting up to 15kg, working in varying weather conditions.

WHY JOIN?

  • Respected, independent Australian brand known for quality and heart.
  • Genuine career development and mentorship opportunities.
  • Work with exceptional product in a setting that values tradition and innovation.
