Job Description:

  • Support Engineer with more than 5+ years of experience in Application support, Development and Operations in Oracle HCM/AWS cloud and On premise platform.
  • Have strong knowledge in analyzing and monitor the application performance, key metrics to optimize the software and system performance.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Oracle HCM/AWS cloud, possess strong technical skills related to multiple tools and server based technologies
  • Work on various modules in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Apps R12
  • Work on Oracle HCM Cloud BIP Report and AWS reports
  • Strong working experience with PL/SQL and databases
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to cloud implementation teams.
  • Implement and manage continuous delivery systems, production support, monitoring and methodologies on Oracle Cloud/AWS.
  • Creating technical Prod support documentation for systems and applications.

Remuneration:

85,000 – 165,000 AUD for permanent position
