Player Development Coach

Benalla Bushrangers Cricket Club

The Benalla Bushrangers Cricket Club is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Player Development Coach to help shape the future of cricket in Benalla.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within our Club, supporting players, coaches and volunteers while helping drive the development and success of our junior and senior cricket programs.

Working closely with the Committee, coaches and playing groups, the Player Development Coach will lead player development initiatives, mentor coaches, support training programs and contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing club culture.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for cricket and player development.
• Can inspire and mentor players and coaches of all ages and abilities.
• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
• Is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive club environment.
