Job Description
Flying Colours Bar is seeking a reliable and motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality food service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily kitchen operations and service
* Support menu preparation and food quality standards
* Supervise and work alongside kitchen staff during service
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
* Assist with stock control and ordering
* Support rostering, training, and team development as required
Skill & Experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
* Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
* Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
