They are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant who embodies this modern, sophisticated ethos to deliver exceptional service in their acclaimed dining venues.

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and skilled Food & Beverage Attendant (Trade Waiter) to join the dynamic team within their flagship restaurant. • Proactively monitor and maintain guest tables, promptly removing empty bottles and used glasses, and refilling water and other beverages to ensure an uninterrupted and attentive service flow.
  • Confidently recommend wines from our curated list to complement specific food selections, developing your knowledge to expertly pair flavours and enhance the overall culinary experience for our guests.

Operational Excellence & Venue Presentation

  • Meticulously set and arrange tables prior to service, ensuring all cutlery, glassware, and tableware are polished, correctly positioned, and meet the highest standards of presentation for a luxury venue.
  • Efficiently clear tables between courses, returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and swiftly resetting tables to the pristine standard required for the next seating without disrupting the ambient atmosphere.
  • Accurately process guest payments by operating the point-of-sale system and cash register, handling all financial transactions with integrity and providing guests with a smooth and efficient conclusion to their visit.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build instant rapport with guests and work seamlessly within a team.
  • A strong interest in food, wine, and beverage trends, with a willingness to learn and develop knowledge of menu items and wine pairings.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanour that aligns with a luxury brand.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and a high attention to detail under pressure.
