We are seeking a passionate and experienced Florist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a creative eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of fresh flowers and floral arrangements. This role involves creating beautiful floral designs for all occasions, maintaining high presentation standards, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, and bespoke pieces for all occasions.
Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and provide professional advice and recommendations.
Prepare accurate quotes for custom floral arrangements, weddings, events, corporate functions, and sympathy tributes.
Process and manage in-store, phone, and online orders.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Prepare, process, and care for fresh flowers and plants to ensure quality and longevity.
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing workspace and store presentation.
Receive and manage stock deliveries, including flower conditioning and inventory control.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production requirements and customer expectations.
Assist with merchandising, displays, and seasonal promotions.
Skill & Experience
Previous experience working as a florist in a retail or studio environment.
Strong floral design skills with creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of flowers, foliage, and flower care techniques.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and during busy seasonal periods.
A genuine passion for floristry and creating memorable customer experiences.
