Facility Supervisor

Full-time, ongoing · Geraldton, Western Australia

About us

We are an established horticultural production business based in Geraldton, Western Australia, growing and supplying high-quality Continental cucumbers, capsicum, and other fresh produce. We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to supervise the upkeep and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Supervise the upkeep, repair and maintenance of buildings, sheds, packing/processing areas and infrastructure
Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, servicing and external contractors
Supervise and direct maintenance and facility staff
Monitor the condition of facilities, equipment and services and arrange timely repairs
Manage maintenance supplies, tools and consumables
Ensure facilities meet WHS, hygiene and biosecurity standards
Maintain maintenance and compliance records

Skill & Experience

About you

A relevant AQF Certificate III or IV (or equivalent), or equivalent relevant experience as a Facility Supervisor
Practical maintenance knowledge across buildings, services and equipment
Supervisory and team-coordination experience
Able to work outdoors across a range of conditions
Reliable and safety-focused

Remuneration & hours

Guaranteed annual salary from $71550 p.a. plus superannuation. Full-time, based on a [46]-hour week — [38] ordinary hours plus approximately [8] hours overtime per week — with the guaranteed annual salary inclusive of overtime. Paid in accordance with the applicable Award; higher rates commensurate with skills and experience
