Ascendnce helps businesses scale revenue without adding administrative headcount. We build and manage custom AI agents that run inside a company’s existing operations to automate repetitive paperwork and clear operational delays.
We integrate custom AI agents directly into a client’s current software stack to handle manual tasks like messy invoice reconciliation and subcontractor quote follow ups. We monitor and maintain these agents 24/7 for a flat rate of $875 per week. Clients gain the capacity to process more jobs without needing to rebuild their infrastructure or retrain their team.
Most head contractors buy AI but fail to use it. They have the software but lack the site context to make it work. A generic tool does not solve job costing bottlenecks or contract administration headaches without expert configuration.
This is where you come in.
Key Responsibilities
You have built a career working with head contractors. You understand budgets and the daily grind of running successful jobs. You are the person everyone comes to when they need help with systems or solving problems.
We are looking for construction veterans to join us. You act as the bridge between a head contractor’s operational problem and a working AI solution. Instead of just offering a referral, you lead the strategy. You provide the construction expertise and the roadmap. We provide the AI engineering and automated internal agents to make that roadmap a reality.
Skill & Experience
You understand the specific pain points of construction operations and know exactly where the bottlenecks are in project finance.
You likely consult for mid tier construction businesses or have previously worked as a Contract Administrator, Commercial Analyst, or Finance Manager. You are familiar with systems like Procore, JobPac, or Cheops and know how head contractors operate in the $5M to $20M revenue range.
You are ready for something different. You want to escape site demands and project pressure to start selling scalable solutions instead of just your time.
