Job Description

You’ll welcome guests, provide informative and entertaining commentary, ensure their comfort and safety, and help create an experience they’ll never forget.

Key Responsibilities

As an Adventure Tour Guide, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, engaging and memorable experiences for our guests. Every day is different, with opportunities to lead a variety of tours including:

Army Truck Adventures
Full Day Blue Mountains Tours
Guided Hiking Experiences
Megalong Valley Winery Transfers
Jenolan Caves Transfers (when operating)
Private Tours and Charters

You’ll welcome guests, provide informative and entertaining commentary, ensure their comfort and safety, and help create an experience they’ll never forget.

Skill & Experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

Has a genuine passion for the Blue Mountains and the outdoors.
Enjoys meeting and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Is confident speaking to small groups.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Is reliable, professional and well presented.
Can work independently while also being part of a supportive team.
Is flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

Essential Requirements

Live in the Upper Blue Mountains.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
LR, MR or higher licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Availability to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays. *MUST – this is peak season*
