Job Description

The Accounting Staff is responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments. The role includes reconciling customer accounts, investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing accounts receivable reports, and coordinating with clients and internal departments to support efficient cash flow and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow up outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
  • Process and record customer payments accurately.
  • Prepare accounts receivable aging and reconciliation reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding billing and payment issues.
  • Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with company policies.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Skill & Experience

Certificate in an Accounting program or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of the accounting cycle, financial reporting, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bookkeeping principles, and basic accounting practices. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a willingness to learn and apply accounting concepts in a professional work environment.
