EZOZ Migration is a boutique migration firm based in Sunnybank Hills, Brisbane. Our Principal Migration Agent has over 10 years of industry experience, and we are committed to providing professional, compliant and high-quality migration services.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate or Junior Migration Agent to join our team in a full-time onsite role based in Sunnybank Hills, QLD.
This role is ideal for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in migration practice. We particularly welcome applicants who are currently studying migration law and want practical, hands-on experience in a professional migration firm.
You will work closely with our Principal Migration Agent and gain exposure to a wide variety of visa matters in a supportive and compliance-focused environment.
$70,000 – $80,000 + super, depending on experience
For candidates who are already registered migration agents, we are open to discussing support for professional expenses such as CPD costs, registration renewal fees and professional subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents
Accurately record client details in Migration Manager
Assist with assessing clients’ circumstances against relevant sponsorship, nomination and visa pathways
Under supervision, prepare advice, documents and application forms
Under supervision, assist with client communication and visa process guidance
Draft letters and submissions to the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant bodies where required
Review client documents and assist with file progression
Correspond with relevant departments where clarification is needed
Keep up to date with the progress of client matters and any relevant changes affecting applications
Skill & Experience
This role may suit you if you are:
a junior migration agent with around 1 year of relevant experience; or
a recent migration law and practice graduate with a strong willingness to learn; or
currently studying migration law and practice and eager to build your career in this industry
We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about Australian migration law and practice
has strong attention to detail
communicates professionally in English
is organised, responsible and willing to learn
wants exposure to a broad range of visa categories
The following will be highly regarded:
Mandarin language skills
familiarity with Migration Manager
prior migration firm or legal office experience
