Registered Nurse — Sydney NSW

Role summary: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and motivated Registered Nurse to join a growing disability support provider across All Sydney NSW. This role suits experienced assistants in nursing, disability support workers and residential or in-home nurses who enjoy flexible hours and meaningful client connections. Successful candidates will deliver person-centred care, promote independence and support daily living activities for people with disability.

Key Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support in clients’ homes, tailored to individual needs and care plans.
  • Assist with personal care, medication administration, wound management and clinical observations where required.
  • Support clients to participate in community activities, social engagement and goal-focused programs.
  • Undertake safe manual handling, mobility assistance and use of assistive equipment following best practice.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete incident reporting and communicate effectively with families, allied health and the care team.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that respects dignity, privacy and cultural diversity.

Skill & Experience

Who we are looking for

  • Registered or credentialed nurses, assistants in nursing or experienced disability support workers with 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Current full Australian drivers licence or international equivalent; ability to travel across Sydney for casual shifts.
  • Current Working With Children Check and relevant police checks as required for client placements.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a friendly, patient approach to client care.
  • Ability to work autonomously in home settings and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within disability support services.
