Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet company standards.
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to housekeeping team members.
• Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to address guest needs and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Perform cleaning duties when required during busy periods.
