Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standard, including à la carte meals, daily specials and catering orders
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine the menu, ensuring dishes are creative, on-trend and appeal to our discerning customers
Maintain a clean, safe and eﬃcient kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Mentor and train junior kitchen staﬀ, sharing your expertise and culinary knowledge
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and new ideas

Skill & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of professional cooking experience is required
Strong technical cooking skills and a keen eye for flavour, presentation and plating
Excellent time management and ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Passion for using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Positive team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and knowledge of relevant food safety regulations
