Job Description

Green User is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria.

This is a full-time, ongoing position working 38 hours per week, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of residential energy-efficiency projects across Victoria.

About the role

The successful candidate will work with management, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project activities, documentation, resources and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project planning, schedules, documentation and administrative requirements.
Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal resources.
Support resource and logistics planning across multiple projects.
Monitor project costs, budgets and variations.
Maintain accurate project and operational documentation.
Coordinate information relating to contractors, work orders and project variations.
Collect and analyse project data and prepare performance reports for management.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements and delivery.
Support compliance with relevant operational, safety and program requirements.
Maintain accurate records using CRM, project management and business systems.

Skill & Experience

Relevant bachelor degree qualification.
Must have one year of work experience.
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration.
Strong organisational and analytical skills.
Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or multiple projects.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience using CRM or project management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in energy, energy-efficiency, renewable energy, construction or HVAC will be highly regarded.
