Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Filling Production Assistant to join our team at the Bodoci Biophysics Research & Development Group’ in Truganina, VIC 3029. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our production processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Assisting with the filling and packaging of our biophysical research products
Monitoring production schedules and inventory levels to identify and address any issues
Performing quality checks at various stages of the production process
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
Collaborating with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Skill & Experience
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
