We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to take the reins of our mechanical team. This isn’t just a design role; it’s a “pivotal leadership position” where you will manage project delivery from initial concept through to final construction while engaging strategically with our top-tier clients.

Skill & Experience
What You Bring to the Team
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) is ideal or a strong consultancy background in Mechanical Consulting Engineering. CPEng and NER certifications will put you at an advantage.
• At least 5-10+ years of post-graduate experience within a building services consultancy.
• Deep proficiency in mechanical design, including CAMEL/HAP Heat load calculations, ESP calculations, and an understanding of CFD modelling.
• A thorough understanding of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards.
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills paired with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
• A resilient, down-to-earth team player who is ready to contribute to a vibrant and growing company culture.
