To be eligible to accept this role you will have provided the following:

• NDIS Workers Screening Check (includes National Police Check)
• International Police Check (where applicable)
• Evidence of current Working with Children’s check (where applicable)
• Evidence of a current Driver’s License (International or Australian whichever is applicable)
• Signed and witnessed Statutory Declaration Form
• Evidence of relevant Qualifications
• Evidence of your right to work in Australia (Visa, unless you are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Current First Aid Certificate – Level 2
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
• A smart phone device

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
