Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and inspecting the daily work of housekeeping staff.
  • Inspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards were achieved.
  • Releasing rooms on time for guest check-ins.
  • Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Overseeing the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Allocating rooms and duties to housekeeping staff.
  • Ensuring that all guest requests and special cleaning requirements were met promptly.
  • Providing training and guidance to housekeeping team members when required.

Skill & Experience
