Brightmark Group is a fast-growing provider of commercial cleaning and facility services across Western Australia. As part of an expansion requirement, we are looking to hire for multiple Contract Administration roles and are seeking motivated and detail-focused Contract Administrators to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
About the Role
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing service contracts, assisting operations with scheduling and compliance, and supporting the commercial and administrative functions of the business. This role offers long-term stability, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and manage cleaning service contracts, subcontracts and variations.
Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate procurement, supplies, contractor onboarding and compliance documentation.
Assist Operations Managers with scheduling, scopes of work and service delivery requirements to ensure performance against agreed timelines, KPIs, and service standards.
Process progress claims, invoices, purchase orders and cost reports.
Maintain accurate contract files and compliance records across multiple sites and contribute towards ongoing continuous improvement of contract administration systems.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding contract performance and operational matters.
Support audit, reporting, and compliance requirements under the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems.
Assist with identifying and resolving contractual risks, issues, and non-conformances.
Assist with resolving contract or service-related queries.
Skill & Experience
Minimum qualification: Diploma-level qualification in Business, Project Management, Construction/Contract Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of full-time work experience in contract administration, facilities management, cleaning services, or a similar administrative/commercial role.
Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work across multiple contracts.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with management systems is an advantage.
A proactive team player with a professional and customer-focused approach.
