About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our café team at Sydney Outlet Village.

We want someone who takes pride in making high-quality coffee, has excellent customer service skills and can consistently deliver beautiful coffees with professional latte art.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
• Create professional latte art and maintain consistent coffee quality.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well presented.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.

About You

• Previous barista experience is essential.
• Strong espresso-making and milk-texturing skills.
• Confident latte art skills are essential.
• Friendly, reliable and well-presented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work weekdays.
